After such a fantastic response to our retreats, one request kept coming up: “When are you coming up North?” Well, we listened!

We’re so excited to bring you the first ever Airway School Winter Retreat, taking place on the beautiful Newcastle coastline in Tynemouth this November.

This is a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect with like-minded colleagues and enjoy a couple of days that combine learning, wellbeing and plenty of time to simply switch off.

Your retreat includes two nights at The Tynemouth Castle Inn, a beach sauna, a private Hotpod yoga session, and delicious food on the beach at the incredible Riley’s Fish Shack.

We’ll still be bringing a little Airway School learning too, with a home sleep study for you to experience and learn how to use, alongside guided coaching workshops designed to give you time to reflect, reset and refocus.
